What HostelConnect is

HostelConnect provides travel information and links to booking partners. We are not a travel agent, we don’t sell accommodation and we are not party to any booking you make with a partner or hostel.

Information on the site

We review destination information against the sources listed on each page and show the date we checked it. Travel conditions, transport, prices and entry rules change; check official sources and the partner’s terms before you travel or book.

Bookings

Your booking is a contract with the booking partner and/or the hostel, on their terms, including payment, cancellation and refunds.

Liability

We provide information in good faith and link to partners we name. We aren’t responsible for bookings, services or content on partner sites. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
